Things to note while applying for Canada Provincial Nominee Program

  • You may receive Canada PNP nominations from multiple provinces and territories; however, you may accept only one PNP nomination. Your profile will remain in the Express Entry pool until you accept the PNP nomination.
  • You are under no obligation to accept a Canada PNP nomination and may decline it if you don’t intend to stay in a particular province that has nominated you.
  • A PNP nomination by a province does not guarantee that you will be eligible for permanent residency. The final decision to issue a visa rests with the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
  • Please ensure that the information provided by you in your Express Entry profile remains truthful and accurate at all times. Any change in your circumstances must be updated in your profile
